What to expect:

I see most of my clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. It is with this frequency that I notice the most healing and change occur. If eventually another cadence would suit you, we can talk about what that looks like. The most important thing to me is that you are getting what you need from our time.

Insurance:

I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance. However, you may contact your insurance company to see if they might reimburse you with a superbill, which I can provide you.
