About me…

Education and Additional Trainings:

I completed my BA in Psychology at Gonzaga University and attended Seattle Pacific University for my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. For couples work, I have been trained formally in Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy, The Gottman Method (Level 1), and also incorporate Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory. I am Level 2 trained in Lifespan Integration (trauma therapy), and am continuously committed to learning and expanding my scope.

I believe that all of us are born with a pure heart – a core “Self”. Through difficult experiences, big and little traumas, and complex relationships, we learn to adapt in ways that can make it hard to live our fullest lives. When it comes to relationships, our previously-helpful strategies can lead us to feel stuck or out of control. My aim is to help you rediscover who you are at your core and grow into a life that reflects that.

I strive to be a collaborative therapist, meaning that I want therapy to be something you look forward to; to feel like it’s yours. My style is warm and compassionate. I encourage growth and will advocate for your goals, but also meet you where you are at each day. I strive to create an environment of understanding, safety, and curiosity.

I am LQBTQIA+ affirming and welcome all forms of diversity. I strive to be a culturally-informed therapist, and strongly value the multifaceted aspects and identities of my clients.
